Absorbing the advantages of advanced models at home and abroad, and based on our years of experience in design, production and manufacturing, we have developed them.It has strong adaptability to grain varieties and climatic environment, and can be used for drying corn, rice, soybean, wheat, sorghum, rapeseed and other cereals and oil crops.It uses clean hot air as heat medium, and uses coal, oil, natural gas, straw, rice husk as fuel.It can also use steam as heat source.Its drying mode is downstream and mixed-flow continuous drying operation, which can be installed in the open air and used in various grain depots and grain and oil processing plants.
Working principle
The wet grain that needs to be dried enters the grain dryer through the grain equalizing mechanism. When the grain reaches the low level in the grain storage section, the hot air blower is started to supply hot air to dry the grain.When the grain reaches the level in the grain storage section, the level device starts and sends out an electric signal to start the grain discharge motor to start the grain discharge.When the grain reaches the high level in the grain storage section, the police will stop feeding. At this time, the food rationing continued, and the level of grain began to decline. When it fell to the middle level, it resumed to feed, so that the cycle proceeded. Adjust the feed rate to keep the system in dynamic balance.After the wet grain passes through the grain storage section and enters the air distribution section, it is evenly distributed in the ventilation ducts of the air distribution section, and the hot air flows outside the ventilation duct to heat the grain; then the grain flow and the hot air flow downward simultaneously into the drying section, heating the grain in the drying section to vaporize the grain moisture, and then vaporizing the grain moisture in the form of exhaust gas. The grain is dried by discharging the waste gas from the corner box.The dried grain is cooled down to the appropriate temperature in the cooling section and discharged from the discharging section through the hopper.
